I’m a seasoned licensed clinical social worker who provides individual counseling to adults using an integrative approach that looks at people as a whole, addressing their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations to help them work through their pain, heal, and thrive. In this process, we will also challenge your negative belief systems and thought patterns to develop more positive ways of looking at yourself and your circumstances.

I offer client-centered therapy that’s compassionate, honest, and body-aware. I won’t hand you a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, we’ll slow down, tune in, and work together in a way that honors your story, your nervous system, and your pace.

My approach also takes into consideration the importance of culture and community. As a multicultural psychotherapist originally from Brazil, I truly respect and appreciate diversity. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and I offer therapy in any of these languages. I have had the privilege of working with a very diverse population, including immigrants, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ community, and other underprivileged and/or marginalized groups. I recognize the impact of systemic discrimination and oppression, and I am deeply committed to providing a safe space where inclusivity, empowerment, social justice, and resilience are paramount values to people’s mental, emotional, and physical health.
