Online Mantra Meditation Group

Join us in a supportive and uplifting community space where we practice mantra meditation together. Rooted in the Vedic traditions of ancient India, the practice later spread to other religions such as Buddhism and has since become part of many global spiritual practices, personal physical and emotional wellness, as well as nervous system regulation. Chanting mantras is a central practice in Bhakti Yoga (Yoga of Devotion) and Kundalini Yoga (Yoga of Awareness). These practices offer a powerful experience of chanting sacred sounds collectively with musical accompaniment, fostering healing, spiritual growth, and inner peace.

Why Join?
Mantra chanting is more than just repeating words—it’s a holistic mind-body practice. Scientific research shows that chanting can:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system

  • Improve focus and concentration by quieting mental chatter

  • Enhance emotional stability and inner peace

  • Promote relaxation through controlled, rhythmic breathing

  • Support a sense of spiritual connection and self-understanding

How It Works
Through repetition of mantras and intentional breathing, we activate brain regions linked to attention and emotional regulation while shifting the body into a state of deep relaxation. Whether you join with a spiritual intention or simply for well-being, the practice helps you feel more centered, grounded, and present.

Who Can Join?
This group is open to everyone—whether you are new to chanting or have years of practice. You don’t need any prior experience, just a willingness to listen, chant, or sit in meditation with the group.

Benefits of Practicing Together
Chanting in the community amplifies the effects of the practice. In Kundalini yoga, it is said that when people chant mantras together, they amplify the benefits of the practice. Together, we create a resonant energy that supports healing, focus, and transformation for all participants.

When?

Online - every Saturday at 8 am (PST)

Commitment?

The group lasts 30 to 45 minutes, and it’s open to the general public free of charge.
