Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck — support for when stress, trauma, or life transitions feel like too much.
HSV Support for Women
Join a compassionate, trauma-informed HSV support group for women — a safe, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, make sense of what you’re going through, and connect with others who truly understand.
Together, we focus on reducing shame, easing fear, and helping you feel more grounded and supported through nervous system–informed and somatic approaches.
Next group begins March 31 — only a few stops remaining.
Open to women anywhere who speak English.
If you’ve been feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
My work integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy with EMDR, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to support healing that is both effective and deeply respectful of your pace.

EMDR & Somatic EMDR Consultation (For Therapists)
I am an EMDRIA-approved Consultant-in-Training and a Certified Somatic EMDR provider. My work integrates somatic, attachment-based, parts work, and polyvagal-informed approaches to EMDR.
Over the past six years I have trained and consulted extensively in Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Poly-vagal Yheory and Polyvagal-informed Yoga with Arielle Schwartz, PhD, whose work has significantly influenced my clinical perspective and integration of mind-body healing.
I offer individual and group clinical consultation for therapists seeking EMDRIA certification, advanced case conceptualization, and somatic integration in trauma treatment.
Culturally responsive, LGBTQ+-affirming services for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief, and major life transitions.
Services are offered in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and include individual therapy in San Diego and online across California, as well as online support groups and clinical consultation available worldwide.
This work integrates holistic and nervous-system-based approaches to support healing that feels respectful, relational, and deeply human.
