    Online Herpes Support Group for Women

    Small closed groups comprised of up to 8 women from their mid-20s to mid-50s who want to heal from the pain and sorrow, shame and guilt, and stigma associated with the diagnosis and move forward with their lives. It provides a safe container where you can get education, guidance, support, connection, and empowerment through the challenges and opportunities of living life with herpes. The group is strength-based and offers insights into how the condition affects your life, providing several skills and tools to manage it physically, emotionally, and mentally, thereby addressing your Whole Self.

    Online Trauma Survivor Support Group

    This group is a resilience-informed group focused on mind and body-centered healing strategies and activities that can be practiced individually and/or in group to rewire, regulate, and rebalance the nervous system to promote emotional health and post-traumatic growth, especially, in a post-Covid world where people experienced extensive isolation, high anxiety, and little community. The work of Arielle Schwartz, PhD, a trailblaser in the field of the neurobiology of trauma, Polyvagal-informed yoga and resilience-informed care inspires this group. Peer support and connection will be encouraged. Maximum number of group members: 12 people.

    Online Menopause Support Group

    Menopause is a major life transition for a woman that is generally met with fear and confusion. Support groups are great ways of learning new tools to manage overwhelming emotions and challenging circumstances is a safe environment with therapeutic guidance and peer support.
