“This diagnosis changed how I feel about myself.”

“I feel so alone, and I’m afraid I will never find someone who will love and accept me just the way I am.”

“I’m terrified of infecting someone I care about.”

If any of these statements resonate with you, you are in the right place.

For many women, an HSV or herpes diagnosis doesn’t just raise medical questions — it can quietly shake identity, confidence, and a sense of safety in relationships. Even when symptoms are minimal or nonexistent, the emotional impact can feel overwhelming. Stigma, fear of transmission, and uncertainty around dating and disclosure often become heavier than the virus itself.

This space exists to meet you where you are — with care, compassion, and understanding — honoring your timing and your healing process.

A Trauma-Informed, Stigma-Reducing Approach

HSV is a common virus, and many people carry it without ever experiencing symptoms or outbreaks. Yet the primary suffering for many women is not physical — it is emotional and relational. Shame, fear, and silence often cause far more pain than the virus itself.

My approach centers on the nervous system, emotional safety, and lived experience. Support here is not about “fixing” you — it is about helping you feel grounded, knowledgeable, supported, and whole again.

Two Ways To Receive Support

Healing looks different for everyone. Some women find strength in shared community, while others need individualized support. You may choose one path or move between both.
